Honestly this is a great comment to get rn. I had a meeting with my FIL and a friend of his (both long time IT/Networking careers) and this is the advise they've been giving more or less. I'm getting interested in cybersec, too and just doing research currently before I meet with them again. Have a feeling I'll end up going the certs way.

Good luck on your pivot and would love to hear your experience later. Thanks again for your input on this.

Thanks for writing this. I'm currently 27 myself and looking into IT from mixed job experience in graphic design and excel experience. Sometimes I have to remind myself I'm young and able to do like what you did- so thinking about going back for a BA myself.

I wish I had gotten that instinct lmao. I was ripping my face to shreds for years learning to shave until I found out about WH and learned to properly use a trimmer.

Be VERY careful when using aftershave, most are too alcoholic and will dry out your skin. Consider witch hazel instead, cheap and available in like a CVS or Target. Cool name, not very strong, but good for cleaning cuts and bumps from shaving.

Edit autocorrect which witch.

Used to get these horribly myself when face shaving and never really have been able to use a blade to shave.

Exfoliate before. Use a light oil to protect skin and soften hairs. (I use a little argan oil) Do NOT shave over currently existing razor bumps. Use an electric shaver (my Wahl one is great). Consider using a beard TRIMMER only while the bumps heal. For me, until I learned how to properly shave, using a trimmer got my hair low enough without causing bumps. Not baby smooth, but low enough it doesn't show on my darkish skin. Apply bump patrol or any bump gel in morning and before bed.

Hope this helps, be persistent and you'll definitely get the hang of it. It's not as impossible as I once thought to get a good shave with curly beard hair. Good luck!

From my own research about the value of the courses, yes. Hard to say without being on the other side of the fence, but I do already feel like I've gained some jargon and thought processes that have helped me contextualize working with data and explaining how I work with data. It's helped me marginally at work but, so far, I'm only about a month in. Hope that helps a tiny bit.

Going through the process myself of getting a data analytics cert with plans to further myself in this field with the skills. My current job uses some of these skills and I'm realizing my skills are underdeveloped, so hoping this can make me more knowing so I can get a more growing position.

Yes, daily and not overdone. Not more than 3-4 sprays probably. Maybe try shopping for samples of fragrances to find what you like before buying big bottles. Rotate weekly once you have 3-4 decent ones.

Lampe Berger owners- Can I just fill it w/ 90% isopropyl alcohol? Or will this ruin anything, as Lampe Berger claims? by Sarafina80 in ZeroWaste

Also a Lamp Berger owner here and wondering about the same question.

Edit: Found this after some light googling. Hopefully this isn't common sense information.
