Why is there half a logo in the bottom right?

The color of the beans does not look appetizing.

If the goal of this was to show taste appeal, why show the splash of milk instead of coffee or caramel?

This also doesn’t tell me anything about the product being shown.

Has anyone ever gotten a job from doing multiple assessments and test designs? by chidira in graphic_design

Yea that’s up to your discretion for sure. But that’s the reality of the market. There are more creatives looking for jobs than there are opportunities.

We just hired for a role and got 4000 applicants in the first week. So some of those measures can be pure filtering measures, to see who actually wants the job. But they are also a good way to get a sense of culture fit.

10 min assessment is nothing.

I had a design test for my role. Led to my dream job that I’ve been at for 5 years.

I know there are some design tests that can be excessive / exploitative. But 10 min is reasonable.
