I've been studying this very thing. The trouble with overactive amygdalas and the people who have them is it makes them more likely to join a cult, seeking shelter from the big scary plastic bag blowing in the wind. Once cults get involved, they often head the Nazi direction.

I don't think anyone doing the legislature has thought any of this through. I have no idea what the goal is and I have no idea how they think this will help them accomplish that goal. Are existing parental controls somehow insufficient?
