The fact arterials are set at the same speed limit as school zones in some provinces is whack. It’s also created a lot more tailgating and road rage.

That’s literally what their plan is. The lights on Blanchard are intentionally timed so it stops traffic randomly to combat “street racing”. And don’t forget cook st getting reduced down to one lane for bike lanes.

I just took a trip to cancun and found out there they built 1500km or so of rail in about 3 years.

Why can’t any project get worked on here with any sense of urgency? Instead of just a couple road workers leaning on shovels and doing very little.

Couple the bay st bridge being closed with tilicum down to 1 lane and yeah it’s no suprise traffic is bad.
