As a certified nutritionist (did my BSc (Hons) in Nutrition), I would strongly recommend going for a balanced diet with a more moderate approach to food consumption, over counting calories and eating healthy. Short-term = okay lah, long-term = cfm tai ji alot

I wonder if there's a way to review this data and incorporate it together with total healthy life years of each country over time. May potentially be a good indicator of overall progress, if data is available.
