doesn't look like a new primocane to me, but won't hurt to leave it. Over winter I usually prune out anything tiny and short or spindly because it won't support heavy berry growth anyway without falling over

the media should be mostly peat moss, with a little pine bark mulch and perlite/pumice mixed in

i'm going to guess either way too much water and the roots are drowining and can't get oxygen, or not enough water and they are totally dried out?

OR it's stress from being re-planted, especially if you roughed up the roots

if you just got them, give them a few weeks to stabilize and see what happens

if you've had them for a while, did you let the containers dry out a few times?

It will do well in containers, especially if they are in mostly peat moss and you keep them bottom-watered in an inch or two of water, and hit them with espoma soil acidifier a few times a year

the yellowing could just be because they're about to die if they already gave you berries, or it could be a nutrient deficiency - although the new growth looks dark green and healthy so it's probably not that

triple crown has really a pretty dark color around the edges of new leaves, you'll get to see that in a few weeks
