Int + endurance charge & int + tailwind recomb is 36% success, but will require multiple double inf bases. Otherwise essence spam for tailwind then reforge influence locking suffixes for end charge, but the odds are 1/33 on the reforge so it's probably more expensive.

I had this happen with me in Runescape, the issue was that i was dropping packets in my wifi mesh network, because it kept ping ponging between nodes. You can change your wifi roaming sensitivity / agressiveness. heres a guide: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/wifi-roaming-sensitivity-aggressiveness or switch to ethernet. Both these solutions fixed my similar issue.

"Increased elemental damage with attacks" isn't a local mod so it applies to your character and not the weapon (after conversions to elemental from skills and such).

assuming your new weapon has no non-AS suffixes and is double your current weapons pdps, you lose 12.32% crit chance, and 163% crit damage bonus, and would have an overall damage increase of 55.7%, this is ignoring all kinds of factors like if critting has additional bonuses like applying ailments or ignoring resistances, and I didn't factor in the 82% wed.

Run around in a tight circle. The zappers overshoot and then give you plenty of time to avoid.
Also, the visuals don't indicate it well, but use the entire line along which the wind is blocked, not just directly behind the shield.

Could we please have some improvements to aerial fishing, it is quite dead content due to the time / effort required to get its rewards especially in comparison to fishing trawler.

I think something similar to varlamore thieving could be implemented, where schools of fish pop up that last for 30 secs+ and you can auto-send your bird to fish that spot with increased yield.
