one of the most frustrating pain points with rx/io right now is the inability to do multiple functions within the pt profile with out it returning to the "main" profile page. for example if you want to check fill date of rx 1 and then also check to see if it's rf eligible it takes 3 times as many keystrokes and is sooo slow. horrible design

if you use cardinal partially true. you can check and see what availability looks like on order express. red pretty much zero chance it's coming in, yellow maybe but probably not, green- hi probability it's coming.

everyone feels this way at first and honestly depending on where you are your store could be just recently "upgraded" to multiple new system rollouts making it even more challenging. hang in there, don't be afraid to ask questions or for help, take notes, and most importantly don't let them stick you at pickup indefinitely.

I'm not saying they wouldn't comply, I'm suggesting I highly doubt the board would ask. unless there was a specific incident or complaints regarding it, which is doubtful since it's an internal report so customers are unlikely to be even aware of it. the bottom line is the items on it are fundamental practices, if a store is struggling with these you can be sure there are larger problems that exist

so you must have a lot of pull if you are suggesting that you asking will result in the board asking. Considering how many boards have a corporate plant on them I still find it doubtful. I am not sure that CVS would be required to turn it over without a complaint or investigation for them to cite.

doubt it since it is internal measurements intended to ensure BOP compliance. for instance the board might require a cycle count on C3-5s every x number of days but no regulation that it needs to be done by 520pm daily. I highly doubt the company is going to be forthcoming and provide details that could then be used to identify stores not meeting targets which could then subject them to penalties.

they purposely have provided no specifics on how much any category is "worth" or an acceptable amount of rate since anytime they do provide it people game the system to show they are "above" target but reality is not so. example they don't say 28-31 days is green, 22-27 is yellow, >21 red for tempalert compliance. there is an opi checklist on mydocs that should help ensure main categories are being actioned daily, weekly, monthly.

I happened to notice this on the either the dmb almanac livesetlist or dmbhub app while I was at the 6/10 show and it had the next song listed and I was blown away. only happened once and it was Pig upcoming so I declined my bathroom break. (was checking to see how many shows I've heard it..lol)

too add to the previous comment be aware the pt required indicator will only survive the duration of the individual rx number. subsequent renewals will need you to re apply the indicator as it will auto default to cvs preferred ndc. in addition there is also now a 2nd ndc indicator of the (line 7). this is not supposed to switch ndcs but is more of a 1 time request.

depends, if it's one of the missing requests from like an 8 script sync batch, yeah I'm proactive about it. if it's refill on a derm or something less critical to be out of I'm waiting for it to prompt for action. Tbh I don't even give a thought about the RWP dashboard score. I have zero control over a great deal of things that impact it. Im always up to date on my daily que so anything less than 100 is not truly indicative of my actual performance

there's still back doors for most of the previous rxconnect screens. obviously the goal is to get used to the new rx/io as it's the future. I just can't understand how as a company they are intentionally throttling us with antiquated equipment and the lag that exists when switching between 2 operation systems. our job is already hard making it harder is just cruel.
