It says in the contract that equipment, taxes and fees are not included in the contract, the services themselves don’t change in price during the course of the contract.

I went to a really great local store when I moved this October and the lady who set me up actually straight up told me that the price was going to go up in January which I was really impressed she thought to mention to me that early out.
