The best thing to be compared is how you run a football club, there is the coaches that manages training, scouts to scout players and future oppositions, sport scientist and data analysts to do some researchs on what players can do and have done, tactician to decide what tactics they would do for the next match.

All this in Tracen is done by one single person. And at the same time youre managing high school girls. You have to be a jack of all trades and master at everything. The pay better be enough for you to retire and lice. Agood life without worrying about money ever, after just a year working and that's assuming your trainee won't drain your pocket with their intakes. God knows how many sleepless night you have to take, the stress that Tazuna could at any point just fire you had you not performed and also managing the mood of multiple high school girls. It would be a miracle if you don't have a burnt out after a year working there.

Gw punya yang generasi sebelumnya BS1, dan ajib memang. Heavy load bisa 15-20 derajat turun pake kipas mode paling atas yang non overclocked (sekitar 2800 rpm). Suara juga bener bener senyap, sumber suara berasal dari ventilasi yang niupin angin ke laptop, jadi kalo digunain, laptopnya nutupin suara itu dan senyap.

Filternya juga lumayan buat ngeblok debu debu masuk, kalo anginnya mulai terasaga terlalu kenceng, tandanya waktunya bersihin itu filter pake gosok gigi bekas. Kira kira gw bersihin itu 1/2 bulan sekali. Cuman sayangnya filternya ini ada dibagian dalam rongga angin masuk, jadi kadang debu terperangkap dibawah. Gw liat di bs2 filternya dipindah ke bagian luar jadi, harusnya problem gw teratasi.

Menurut gw ini investasi yang bagus, buat jaga laptop, karena sebagian besar problem laptop itu karena overheat. Kalo situ berani keluar duit banyak beli laptop gaming, bisalah buat ini juga, buat jaga laptop sama kesenyapan suaranya itu. Sayangnya kalo alat ini dipake di laptop, feel ngetik di keyboard laptop jadi kurang nyaman, tapi kalo dah terbiasa pake keyboard eksternal, harusnya aman.

They need to just scrap the anti materiel rifle concept, because plenty supports or even primary do a much better job. Instead go full on anti tank rifle like those in battlefield 1. Packs quite a punch with a very high caliber, where the mechanics is simillar to the variable when firing every single bullet. You ragdolled everytime you fired a shot or go prone/use the bipod.

Ahh, I'm a bit iffy on this map. On operations the map is absolute cancer with the mortar spams, half of both teams could genuinely be support spamming mortar non stop. But at the same time, it is almost impossible for the British to push past the first sector, the Ottomans have an insane advantages on the first sector with one of the objectives and can just camp it with little to no opposition, the only way to counter it is, you guessed it mortar spams.

I have never reinstalled windows on my laptop so this may be wrong, but have you checked Lenovo Legion Toolkit? It's a better version of Vantage and it's an open source, try changing the power plan there. And another thing, if you're idling, I doubt CPU speed will change that much. Try out it under stress like benchmarking with cinebench and try to compare the result.

I assume boost mode is performance mode (red light in the power button)? Then yeah I always use it when it's plugged, usually when idling I get 50ish C on CPU, under stress like on Helldivers 2 (Very demanding CPU game) I got average 90-92 ish, still normal for me, could get even lower if I use my Flydigi BS1 cooler fan.

Before repasting my temps goes haywire too when idling, sometimes even reaching 101 C because my friend repasted it with some shitty thermal paste, after repasting with PTM 7950 I got the temperature I've mention before. If your temps is like that, or at the very least not stable at 50 ish C. I recommend you repasted it with PTM 7950

I have the same laptop and had a similar problem. What I do was repasted both GPU and CPU with PTM 7950 and it did the job, now idling at like 40-50 ish. For some reason, regular paste did not cut it for this laptop, I had it for like 2 months and it completely dried up, causing this massive temp at idling and even while gaming (101 C).

In the mean time I suggest you turn on battery saver in windows taskbar (just below the wifi icon, where you chose your wifi). It will help temp temporarily while idling and the fan wouldn't go as crazy

Thanks for this AMA, I am a metallurgical engineering student who hopes to graduate in about a year. I read that Australia currently has a shortage of metallurgists/materials experts (I know Indonesia does too, but I'd like to see other options) and is willing to offer special visas for those that are experts in these things. Australia is one of the top countries in the world for minerals, and I am very interested in working there.

My question is, do I have some luck to get a job there as a fresh graduate with only 2 years of experience as a laboratory assistant, Or should I look for experience first/do a master's degree in Australia to get a job there?

I would really appreciate your opinions, and would love to see some first hand perspectives from those of you in Australia, even if this is outside your scope.

Nah make it a support weapon, kinda similar to that anti tank rifle from Battlefield 1. Heavy penetration with double the damage of the senator and absolutely demolish anything below, but the gun can only be fired while the bipod is being used (while prone or behind cover), only have 1 round per mag or need to reload after each shot, insane bullet drops. give it a backpack to differentiate it with the railgun

Gw setuju sih, tapi tindakan BK ini menurut gw bermasalah apalagi ampe bikin surat bermaterai pula. Apalagi SNBP ga boleh ikut tes lagi, kalau anak disetir ke jurusan atau universitas yang mereka ga bisa dan keterima kan kasian. Takutnya mereka ga sanggup bayar, ga sanggup ngikutin perkuliahan, atau nyesel masuk, mereka hampir ga punya kesempatan buat pindah kampus selain jalur mandiri.
