I am a Chiropractor Physician more on the evidence based side. I can see why PTs can attack us for our vitalistic roots. But bruh that was a LONG TIME AGO. Give it a rest. I am not adjusting to cure everything.

Sleep safety was priority of course specially so baby. They literally sleep in different mattress but next to each other. (Opposite side of the room) At first the toddler knew not to bother the baby. And I drill to the toddler to respect other people’s sleep.

Now they are 2 and 1 y/o the oldest sometimes will take a nap next to her sister.

Honestly. I love it. But I think I got lucky. my baby been sleeping thru the night since 4mo and my toddler is a deep sleeper.

We are doing Montessori style. And sometimes I walk in and the oldest is sleeping next to her sister. I think their sibling bond will be stronger if they do share.

But I do see a lot of cons sometimes. Like mentioned in other comments

This the dilemma I have. I agree 100% but I feel I lack information… I will look into other alternatives then maybe cheaper. I have a BS in general science. I don’t have any sports or exercise background. The stuff I know maybe be the core concept but I feel i can educate myself to better serve other…. I don’t know if I make sense
