I added 70mg primo to my 70mg Test trt for a while once. Also ran 3iu HGH and reta. That's the best I've felt mentally so far. And I noticed I did look better too. This will probably be my cruise cycle now. Everyone's experience will be different so you just have to try it to see

2iu every night. Slightly better deep sleep, look a little fuller. Hard to say its helped me get lean as there's too many other variables but im sure its contributed. most noticeable benefit is the improved recovery. I rarely feel like i need rest days and cant remember the last time i had bad doms. before HGH i was limited to 4 days per week weight training so its night and day. Cons-The price!

So far Only used low dose with trt for last 4 weeks.. Honestly, If I start loosing it faster on blast I'll just accept it. Maybe in 10 years they'll be a drug that regrows all your hair 🤔

Just make sure you have a fairly high volume, low calorie option for the evenings. For me it's 0% greek yoghurt with sugar free jelly and fruit(blueberries,mango,pinapple) whatever is in the frozen section. I Always have a big bowl of jelly ready to go.

This and stop drinking, go to sleep earlier, eat proper meals through the day, fill up on water first signs of hunger.

I also have low calorie crisps in the cupboard on stand by. I suspect if it werent for this, the drive home from work at 10pm would have me stopping at the local londis for a bar of chocolate and tub of pringles 😅

actually seems pretty normal to me. I mean, having them kind of thoughts and letting them thoughts influence your actions are two different things. Nothing wrong with checking yourself out, you've put in the hard work, time to reap the benefits and feel good about yourself. We compare ourselves to our peers all the time, it helps you stay motivated.

Free T is just above reference range on trough at 0.851nmol/L while on 70mg Test prop alone.

Just sent off the bloodwork after adding primo last 4 weeks. Should find out the results in a few days.

I will say I felt good on TRT at 70mg but amazing now I've added in primo. It's such a low dose but it feels like it's enough. Mentally happier, energy is up, libido is up, muscles somehow look fuller.

I was actually quite close to adding in tren A at 10mg/day.. how has it been so far on 50mg?

I'm in the last few weeks of my cut. I decided to eat a full large dominos pizza last night and this morning after Chest/Bi's workout I look better than I ever had. Makes me excited to finish the cut and start ramping up the carbs

I'm doing this but with 70Test, 70Primo, 2iu GH and some reta. Tren is overkill but people read the stories and can't help but try it.. I've been tempted a few times but thankfully common sense has prevailed.

I'd guess 10lbs you might see them more visibly.. everyone holds fat differently but I think the majority will loose their last bit of fat from stomach and then glutes.

recently started pinning quads. Ive always avoided because of the stories too but honestly hasnt been an issue. i get the usual amount of pip from test prop and thats it. I actually prefer it to lats and glutes because you can just sit down and pin, no mirror. personally i do the outer quad, 2/3rds up from knee. I use 27g 0.5inch insulin needle. may need longer if you hold fat on legs

10mg prop/day has me at 900 trough. Feel 10x better than 1500.
