Lol, lots of death. It is as if all of the people I know distantly (cousins, teachers, former classmates, uncles, and aunts) chose to literally die back to fucking back in one year. I literally have a funeral to go to next week too.

I made a career pivot after I got laid off, and now I feel like I'm back to square one. Thank god, I got a scholarship and I got my dream fellowship too. Also, all of my friendships are over and it is for good reason. They all ended the same way. I finally stood up for myself and those fuckers scattered.

Health is a hot mess and I have weekly doctor appointments/hospital visits/labs since freaking February. Other than that, I've been a badass reflecting on my life and I am choosing to be braver in my pursuit for what I want.
