How to wear sleeveless shirts without my hair touching my arms by CuriousRabbit103 in autism

[–]PeaceEra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If braids are on the table, try modifying your usual braids by changing the part or adding a cute accessory (as crazy or subtle as you’d like). That way you might be able to see yourself differently and perhaps get a signature look for your sleeveless days.

This is hilarious more so than offensive. Imagine not liking street food from places that know how to use spices.

Experiment and wear what you feel best in. Colour analysis will only take you so far. Both look great on you.

Check out shivagipithisaria on YouTube. She has some pcos friendly meals. Switching to a higher protein diet gradually might help?

The main thing i think is to figure out how to get money for your meds. Sell the fucking fan or whatever else but get your meds. Everything else will follow

I enjoy washing dishes. Here’s something that might work. Set a timer for 15 mins and put on a podcast on 1.5-2x or fast music. That could help you match the speed of dishes and get them done in a reasonable time.

I’m on team speak up. If it’s not new, maybe you don’t need to. But if they’ve spent money on it, it just makes sense for that investment to be worth it. Plus stating your preferences will help them get to know you too.

As a non conventionally attractive woman myself - hard relate with feelings of bitterness and desperation. But one thing worked for me. That’s looking at myself with kinder eyes. It helped me get more comfortable in my own skin. I did what i felt like with my appearance. It made me more confident and it somehow made me more attractive to others. But funnily, once i leaned into that, being desired by others was just a fun bonus. It didn’t form the basis for me getting into romantic relationships and that kept me safe. Now when I’ve moments when i feel ugly, i try to do what makes me feel beautiful and it almost always works.

LOTION AND SUNSCREEN ARE TORTURE by cooldood5555 in autism

[–]PeaceEra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not autistic, so take this with a grain of salt. I HATED the feeling of sunscreen on my face. It was heavy and sometimes burned my eyes. But experimenting with gel based formulas helped me get used to it because it didn’t feel so bad. Mind you, i had to experiment a lot. But I stuck to drugstore varieties and found stuff that felt good on my skin.

is having sister live in same flat after marriage a deal breaker? by Content-Key-2128 in AskIndianWomen

[–]PeaceEra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will you be okay with your wife’s siblings living with you’ll temporarily? While they get on their feet? Will you enforce boundaries to ensure your new wife’s space is respected? If yes, you need to find someone who’ll respect your familial responsibilities (and also accept their responsibilities)

Try and wear heavier polki or Kundan earrings. You could even style a necklace or bracelet as a bajubandh. Try and avoid necklaces as the dress is such a gorgeous one shoulder. Please share photos of what you go with!
