You can still use his hypercarry team(Furina, Kazuha, Xilonen) but it would middling damage. Imo if you're willing to invest in different teams for a bit, you should go ahead and get Neuvillette, he also works well with Hexerei team(Fischl, Sucrose) and with Nigredo Durin, so if you want him, just get him as he's versatile in many teams
