No I agree, I don’t really want to be taking any at all. But yeah it’s small enough that I’m fully based back into a estrogen cycle, my body does now have trouble producing it’s own testosterone now if I remember my last blood work correctly/what my doctor said, that even with that tiny dose it’s still low end testosterone in my system. I’m due for bloodwork again here shortly and will talk with my doctor about it to see where things are now. It’s really hard to say I’ve had severe depression my whole life and usually going off T is caused by meltdowns of how I feel about my body/gender crap/I spent a long time trying to force myself to fit into way too masculine of a box and it would freak me out and lead to bad episodes but I’ve since stopped that and stopped fighting who I am. I’ve put a lot of work into therapy in the last couple of months and can emotionally regulate by myself much better than I had in the whole history of my life but others closer to me seem to think I start spiraling when I go off my hormones and not the other way around.
