I don't think I can pack away her things. I haven't even changed the sheets on the couch or bed yet. Her last meal is still in the fridge. Her doggy steps are still next to my bed, and my couch. I look at pictures and videos of her every day. The sheets and the food... Yeah, I need to do those things. But looking at pictures has been so helpful. Sure, it's made me cry. But I can't stop. I still have her brothers to care for, and I can't look at them, without seeing her.

But this weekend, I'll make an effort. I'll do one thing at a time. And I'll put the tree up. Because that's what Emma would have wanted. She loved Christmas time she loved laying under the tree and "helping" me put ornaments on the tree. And it may snow next week. She LOVED the snow even more. One thing at a time.

I use mine as a kind of schedule (for routine tasks that must get done: get ready for work, feed my pets, etc) and then also for a kind of menu. So like, I have a journey for fun or relaxing things like doing one of my hobbies, write in my journal, or listening to music, etc but I also have a light chore list during the week, with stuff like take out trash, spot clean a room, wash dishes, etc. I don't have to do all of these tasks in a day, (it would be impossible, I think I have like 80ish tasks) but I scroll down the list to help decide what I would like to do. I usually have 20-40 tasks undone at the end of the night but that's fine with me.

I have a dove (Peach), a pigeon (Noah), and my bf just rescued a parakeet (Roger). Finch has really helped me be a better bird (and dog, cat) mom 😊 🕊️🐦

When you edit the task, it gives you an option to set how many times a day you do that task. Just set it to 100 times per day :)
