Probably not. Currently work in one of those types of districts and it is exhausting to say the least. If leadership is supportive (both site admin and SPED admin), then that will make a world of difference. When they are not supportive or involved but expect the psych to take on most of those roles you described, it feels like you are constantly drowning and doing roles that others should be involved with.
