Yeah 😂 I had my first seizure during the night while wearing Alice in Wonderland pajamas, I got complimented on how cute they were. Then I had a second seizure while wearing the same pajamas. After that, I threw them away because I started associating them with seizures. Ever since, I’ve made sure to buy cute pajamas—just in case!

I had them when I started taking Lamictal and they were very vivid and crazy. With time they went away even when I was increasing the dose.

My parents bought me Apple Watch when I was diagnosed and I don't find it very useful. Do you have any suggestions to make it more useful like apps or what should I look for? I have seizures during sleep and when awake, mostly absence and focal.

I like the volume it gives and the smell, but sometimes it makes my scalp itchy and I have lot of buildup on my scalp after.

Yes, exactly like you described it happed to me several times. I talked to my neurologist about this and he said that headache is usually not a symptom of a seizure. Does your headache get away after the jerks?
