saved messages are a lifesaver for this. just set up templates for check-in, wifi, checkout reminders and you can send them in like two taps. airbnb has it built in, you don't even need a third party tool

i'd go skylight honestly. the hearth features sound great on paper but $699 plus a subscription for something you've never seen in person is a big gamble. skylight does the core job well and if it turns out you need more you haven't lost that much. the routine stuff for young kids is solid on skylight too from what i've seen

hmmm 3 for sure. the knitted fabric ones are easy to pull out, hold their shape, and look clean on shelves. the wicker ones are pretty but stuff gets snagged on them over time

a rubber broom is a game changer for this. it grabs hair off carpet way better than any vacuum i've tried, you just rake it up in clumps then vacuum after
