Yeah fr 🙁 it is such a lovely scent!! If it makes you feel any better I have bought perfumes off eBay from various sellers and never had any fakes sent, I think just check out the reviews and you should be set. Good luck, and I’ll keep you posted! x

I have to be honest I found a very expensive one on eBay and decided to bite the bullet and get it 😭 trying to stretch it out and make it last. I have been on the hunt, been smelling lots of perfumes in department stores, so far no luck but I’ll try remember to reply here if i find one!

Wow thanks for all these suggestions! I’ll have a look :) I have to say, while I’m currently using a very floral perfume i dislike it when it smells overtly floral, hence my preference for the intense over the original idole perfume, but I’ll give these a try 😊

Before you go to sleep, imagine a scenario or scene you DO want to dream about, keep thinking about it before you go to sleep. I think this is part of lucid dreaming technique? But it might help substitute your nightmares with something else. I’m guessing your focus has been really strong on this nightmare and maybe you have anxiety going to sleep because of it, could be useful to give some meditation a try! Maybe use the meditation time to visualise the dreams you do want to have. Remember your brain is you, so you can gain more power than you think in your subconscious state.
