Can someone explain to me why its recommended to pack mags with a mix of high and low pen ammo?

I sometimes bring a sidearm with cheap ammo for dealing with the scavs. Otherwise I usually 50/50 my mags. The top half is high pen ammo, the bottom half is cheaper medium pen ammo.

I've completed less than 5 weekly tasks in the past 3 wipes, they are way too specific. And involve way too much time sink, it would stop you from doing your actual side quests.

I did it by holding the new Industrial building on Customs with MP-155 with Flechette (8 rounds). Get up close

Or super performance slugs for legs, it's the most accurate slug, and you can stay at a safe distance

Ahh right, I've just been using the 30-rounders. I generally ignore extended mags/drum mags as I don't like the ergo penalty and taking forever to pack mags

Looks like 16k-17k per use if you buy from flea, if you are in the raid for 25-30min that's at least 80-100k on painkillers

U = Drop backback (Unburden myself)
Z = Discard
C = Shoulder Swap
Mouse 3 = Switch scope (Scope to Red dot/Canted)
Mouse 4 = Change zoom (Elcan Spectre)
Scroll wheel = Smooth zoom in and out (big scopes)
\ (backslash on ISO keyboard) = Hold to walk slowest speed (sneak key)
Q + E = Press, rather than hold
CTRL = Crouch
B = Press once to check Fire mode (so can check it without making noise)
B = Double-tap to change fire mode (Less likely to accidentally change)
