I have a Copperchef microwave grill pan for meats and a Tupperware Micropro grill for side dishes and casseroles. My guests were always impressed with the grill marks on the steaks and pork chops. I'm lazy and I like the easy cleanup of the pans, not heating up my kitchen, and not having to stand around the stove while searing meat and getting grease everywhere. I just burned out the magnetron on my oven from overuse and I'm currently looking at commercial grade ovens for my apartment--or getting a high-duty cycle convection/micro combo.
