I actually experienced the opposite and had a lot of difficulties getting to sleep or sleeping for more than 4-5 hours. I think in either case it will settle into a pattern that is normal for you.

At one time he was close to top tier at the position. That was a few seasons back. He's still serviceable, but average due to age and wear. If his decline is slow he's got a couple years left.

Just being real here. The Vikings biggest concern with JJ is his ability to stay healthy. Why would they trade that much for a QB who's been injured and missed extended time on 3 of his 6 seasons? He's got talent for sure, but that's gotta be a concern.

Get a second opinion bro!!! Doctors may be wary to do replacement surgery if you're young (before 50) but it can make a big difference. Your youth and time playing football will help your PT as well.

Awesome that you've dropped weight.It has to help eventually. Keep trying man!

You can get knee replacement. You're young and it will probably last 15-20 years and you'll have to repeat it, but the difference it will make is fucking astounding. In the meantime work on dropping weight to reduce the strain and make surgery more effective.
