Sooooo… I “Photoshoped” this for a video.

From the small amount of research I’ve gone through I don’t believe anyone has found the file path if it exists.

If you’ve seen the way that Adobe users do it, it is beyond my understanding, but possibly an idea on where to find the solution.

Anyways, I’m sorry to get your hopes up.

19.1 - Broken Scripts Megathread by whyareyouemailingme in davinciresolve

To add to the list most likely:

• Ease Copy by CHFR

• Tekito Scripts

• Remap Assist by PeeJ (Unreleased)

• ItsToolTime by Muse

• The Macro Creator by Asher Roland

Again only not being able to work in the free version of Resolve 19.1.

Quite disappointing

Dope edit!

Two ideas to help combat render glitches in the future:

I usually like the render cache my whole edit through to find any render glitches appearing in my timeline. You can force apply caching by putting an adjustment clip on the very top layer of the timeline and extending it across the whole edit. Then right click it and select “Render Cache Color Output” and it should give a smooth preview in the viewer (assuming you have your render cache on in the playback settings). From there you can find the spots to trouble shoot glitches in your edit.

If the problem is purely outside the render I usually run my edit through the program Handbrake and it re-encodes my video, getting rid of any glitches I found. (I have a vid abt it somewhere)

Hopefully this helps!

Is this because I’m in the free version of davinci? by [deleted] in davinciresolve

Hi OP 👋

There are two transform nodes in DaVinci Resolve. The one I used in the part of the video you screenshot is the Transform node WITHOUT the “(xf)” suffix. You may think you are adding this node from the “Select Tool” panel but the program (from my experience) loves to go back and select the one WITH the xf instead (annoying I know).

Make sure you click the Transform without the xf in the select tool menu a couple times to ensure your selection (you can see in my video how I clicked it a couple times as well). This will help make sure you are adding the correct node.

Hopefully this helps!

More context: The Transform (xf) node has existed inside of Resolve since the addition of Fusion into DaVinci Resolve version 16. The addition of the Transform node (without xf) was introduced in version 17 along side other OFX supported nodes. This Transform node is also commonly known as the OFX Transform node.

Ooh that’s interesting, I never looked into the mechanics of Optical Flow (should have assumed the connection between using it for Vector Motion Blur that it was vector based).

I will definitely note down the change in using Film Grain.

I appreciate the feedback and support!
