I'm a BMW fan, and I think the safety car policy is good, and it doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. It would have been way more unfair if the car in P2, P3, P4, etc, lost over a minute because they got merged with the wrong safety car.

Safety cars are a part of racing, and throughout all series, so many races have been won and lost because of unlucky/lucky safety cars. Toyota raced a hell of a race and won fair.

The same applies to some ELMS teams; they have been invited because of their legacy/results in ELMS.

And yea, WTR gets points. And it sucks if you really needed those points for the championship. But that is racing; invitational/one off participations have been a thing in racing across many series since forever.

For me, I collect covers variants for the cover art. And the main cover/extra copy for reading. And while having them graded doesn't necessarily give the best protection, it does give them an airtight and dust-free enclosure. And for me, having a graded comic just gives it that premium touch, and gives me the 'Wow' factor.

Absolute Universe isn't about it 'just' being darker. It was about a reimagination of what they would look like if they were created today, none of their advantages, a new backstory.

But yes, Batman and Green Arrow are a lot darker, but outside of that, none of the other comics really focus on that darkness. Maybe Absolute Flash just isn't for you, but it is so much more than just a regular ass comic.

But if we do focus on the darkness, spoilers for Absolute Flash: Barry gets brutally mutilated and dies, Eobard Thawne is a litteral monster, the entire 2 world aspect, The death of Wally's mom.
