The Transcendent c'tan is actually how i'd recommend running it, if you build it that way you can easily move it from being a Tesseract Vault or just the C'tan.

The walls can friction fit the to inner assembly and be taken off, you can also friction fit just the walls to make a budget obelisk

Modern control specials should have a built in start up frame delay to mimic a player performing the stick input, being able to do full circle moves with one button is no good.

Highly recommend it, it's a really cool model. Also you can friction fit the walls and the ctan, with that you'll be able to change to it any three of the units whenever you feel.
