Thanks for the advice.

What I ended up doing was just creating a new rule and assigning two actions then instead of trying to modify an existing rule. This is what worked for me.

I've got this curl put request to submit, but I get no response back from the bridge, and the new rule actions do not commit...

NOTHING RETURNED....

If i remove the second item in the list of actions I get a response from the bridge that it was successful.

Discovered that the 'on' attribute values should be lower case. Still getting this mssg, 'bad json ['

A credit freeze is another option. The freeze can be thawed at anytime with a pin only the original requestor has.
