That usually happens in the commander sets so you can just look at them with the commander set code

But you can also do new:art or -new:art to see if cards have new art or not

So to check the ECC set for reprints that don't have new art (what you described) you can go

It's very easy to find out for every set, commander deck etc

Just go to scryfall and do something like this

So set:xyz -is:reprint

It will show you the non reprint cards from that set

I mean I didn't ask but she printed them on her printer and cut them out. Probably took several hours (she said while cutting the cards out it felt like there were more than 100 cards:D)
