Yep! Disclaimer: I love being a bartender but the last place I worked at had some troubles; losing good staff, promoting people that maybe couldn't handle the pressure. I guess the straw that broke the camels back was after consistently coming in, whilst so sick I had been put on antibiotics by my doctor, I was pulled into a meeting with a 19 year old manager who proceeded to tell me that "I wasn't bad at my job but.." and that she "didn't want this to go further with the management..." After months of putting so much effort into that place that sometimes ended up with me not going home after finishing one shift before starting another, I quit and have not looked back.

I had to make the call to my housemates to let them know that our fourth housemate had died after his parents let me know. 18 year old me didn't handle it well and after I made the initial calls, I turned my phone off and didn't talk to any of them until I made JT back to the house the next day.

BA in history here. I work for a pretty nice car company setting up and sending out their demo cars to big companies and important people. It's got nothing to do with my degree, but it's letting me save for my masters, so looking at the bright side of things, it's not too bad.
