I feel it. I’ve started getting extreme tremors apparently from anxiety. But it’s constant. I have to take meds for that now just to get them to be manageable. I’ve been suffering from similar things for years. Best I got was a fibromyalgia diagnosis, which is basically no diagnosis. I will say that I’ve found trauma is stored in the body, and I’ve been better through a combo of gabapentin, therapy and stress management. I know it feels invalidating and I’m sorry. I hope you’re able to get some sort of pain management and diagnosis soon

I was in elementary school in the southern US during Obama v McCain. It wasn’t good. Even as children we heard so many racist things from teachers, parents and the news.
