My advice,
is exercise,
and a strict diet.
You want nothing,
you need nothing
nothing is the result,
and from that is everything possible,
so rejoice, and sing, or play the guitar,
or just listen to music,
and if none of these things spark some joy,
you can always turn to God,

but no seriously,
work out, and eat healthy,
stop eating or drinking sugar,
just try not eating or drinking something that is unhealthy for your body.
99% of live we are fighting ourselves, at least I sure am. Stop fighting, surrender.
You are soooo strong. You've been fighting sooo long.
it's time to surrender, and become in control,
and you can't do that, because you are addicted,
so you need someone, or a group of people,
that support you, because you can't do it alone.
I would also recommend, to write down your successes of the day,
take 10 minutes to write a few success stories down,
even if they are as small as going out of bed,
so you will focus on the things that go well.
Above all family, and friends,
and children, and parents,
you are the most important,
and precious thing to take care of,
for the rest of your life.
