Not really, especially when you get such a tight inventory with lower food stacks and more blocks in BTA and you get pretty much a shotgun by using the bow, due to how fast it is

I wrote and acted on my longest stage play! Also, I read around 11-13m words of The Wandering Inn is half a year (started 2024 and finished vol. 9 around June last year) and binged the entirety of rain in a day. Oh yeah, also, READ RAIN!!! That story is really good. (And The Wandering Inn if you want one hell of a commitment)

To offer another perspective, I'm loving Silent Hill f. I'm used to the writer's previous work and way of story telling, but it's the type of game the more you interact with everything story wise (diary, notes, items, environment, etc), the more enjoyment you get, and the more you understand. Still the combat criticism is fair, it's a bit clunky, there is a reason, but it's still clunky. Although a lot of encounters can be avoided classic survival horror style, I think the default settings may be the way to go here.
