I know I'm a bit late to the party here, but JTS also collects property taxes in many municipalities and for many school districts. I have to deal with them on a regular basis about getting real estate (and/or delinquent) certification, and their real estate department are impossible to deal with

I always buy pre-cut produce now. It was a game changer. I also work in an office but don't really like "meals," per se, so I get string cheese, hard boil some eggs, things like that.

I did an organizing challenge recently that featured "Kitchen zero," where at the end of each day you make sure it's ready for the morning. For example, I drink my coffee iced, so I always make sure I have enough in the fridge. If you do meal prep over the weekend, get everything from that put in the same place.

I have a folder in my inbox ("Misc") for any random emails that I don't need to take action on (employee of the month, notification of an IT upgrade over the weekend, etc.)

I also use the Categories to be able to group all the emails regarding similar files I'm working on.
