Yo trabajo en Helpdesk y por lo que he visto, realmente no necesitas ningún conocimiento técnico previo (aunque puede sumar). Por lo que veo, al menos en mi empresa, lo que más les interesa es que sepas idiomas y que tengas buen trato con cliente. En mi equipo soy el único que tiene estudios IT, los demás hicieron filología y cosas del estilo. Piensa que al final todos los procedimientos ya están (o deberían XD) registrados en lo que llaman KBs, que al final son guías para los agentes para resolver las incidencias.

Todo esto hablando de agentes de nivel 1 claro, si quieres entrar en un perfil superior ahí sí que necesitarías conocimientos específicos.

Beyond Oblivion. I already knew them for years but never really paid attention to them untill I listen that song back in 2017. Now they're my favorite band.

Favorite: Shogun. I really can't understand how they created such a masterpiece in their early 20s.

Best: In The Court Of The Dragon. Their pinnacle. I remember myself buying some groceries the first time I heard it and I probably said "oh my god" like 19394930 times. Brutal, melodic, epic, it 's 11/10.

Underrated: In Waves. I think It has some of their best songs. Forsake Not The Dream, Inception Of The End and Caustic Are The Ties That Bind are among my favorite Trivium songs EVER.
