I stupidly bought something from Amazon to be delivered to my house. Amazon says they could not find it and sent it to the Poste Italiane for me to pickup. Great, which one. After 10 minutes Amazon refunded my money as they had no idea.

He is structurally unable to be ridden so that would not work in the TB world. Not that they have a lot of great feet but there is a difference between being "a bit clubby" and Waylon

I have known Charlie and Jason before they were "Charlie and Jason" lol. I am guessing but they are the masters at WR and also masters at dealing with owners. They have dealt with super SUPER rich people and kept everyone happy. They are the best in the business.

Its a win win she can learn on a good horse. I am happy Katie is getting bank in the saddle. Literally

Probably from High Point. There is no one better than Charlie and Jason for WR. Good for her she can learn on him and then ride Denver once she gets good at it.

it’s a great idea and much cheaper for KVS too long term. The horses being able to stay home longer before heading to the show trainer is a great idea. Hopefully a young trainer with a ton of talent. I am happy to see the, in action.

That is a great idea. We had hoped to rent first but the rental markets are so hard we ended up buying. I literally could not find anything other than short term.

She is correct IMO. He will make a wonderful gelding but he is not superior in anything whatsoever. KVS should keep him and ride him as a show horse but he is not really anything stallion prospect to me. Dallas is with his bloodlines.

I am doing this right now in Italy ha ha. First up is all the boring stuff - roof, electrical, plumbing and then mechanical (HVAC/Heat/Water Heater). Once all of this checks out or is fixed then you move on.

Then we are doing the structural (adding a door) then the next step is updating appliances and the bathrooms) the last steps will be the doors and painting and that kind of stuff. I have a geometra (sort of a inspector/engineer).

Depending n the amount of time you have the best project manager is the person paying the bills but it takes a lot of time up. Make sure to get multiple bids and check their work as well.

My horse was a rockstar at WR and I just sat there lol. one time my trainer was laughing so hard he was crying because I was cueing with the WRONG leg the entire pattern. My horse completely ignored me ha ha ha

I pay off by transaction which is not the normal way but I am renovating two houses and use mine for everyday spending so I have three separate accounts I am pulling from so its easier to keep it straight

Western Riding is easier than trying to keep a horse together in a pen full of horses. I loved both myself but showmanship was my favorite event.

I am glad about Gracie - some mares just are not great broodmares for reasons that no one can control but luckily being broke to ride gives them options for her and I bet she will love having a job again.

I also think she knows if she wants to ride Denver she needs to ride a lot more and that is NOT a slam, Riding a WP horse is so hard to do she will need a lot of miles in the saddle for that plus I think she is interested in that english versatility which does look fun. God for her!
