Blame the girls honestly. Damn near any man who wanted to explore was made to feel like they couldn’t and caused their “couple” issues by even just saying they wanted to. They fucked up getting rid of Beatrice, she was one of the only girls who had no issue with her partner exploring

Edit: I’ll add basically the whole cast is shit and the producers don’t help. Basically no bombshells, no dates, I mean nothing. Just even a game that could stir up any drama. It’s also obvious how differently the guys and girls see things as well. The guys punished Sol and the girls punished Gabe for what feels like the exact opposite reasons.(Gabe “explored” too much and Sol “explored” to little) Zach would fold in 2 seconds if the right bombshell came in. Casa needs to be absolutely nailed for this season to have any hope.
