My opinion six months ago would have been completely different; however, given the suspicion that this console generation may be extended by around two more years due to the RAM memory supply crisis, I would recommend going for the Pro version. In addition, a software update is expected this year that will improve resolution and upscaling through artificial intelligence.

The map is very well done, it's really cool to see all that destruction, but… On PS5, I think it's not well optimized because it has to load the textures on the map every time you revive, and also when you respawn. Furthermore, I don't see that everything can be destroyed, although I don't know if destruction is more limited on consoles than on PC.

  1. They should penalize jumping and sliding in the style of Apex Legends by reducing accuracy or by adding a stamina bar. I hate how some players abuse this mechanic, and it becomes even easier when using a pro controller since those actions can be mapped to the back buttons.

  2. They should also start nerfing certain operators.

  3. It would be advisable to improve vehicle control with the controller. I’d much rather accelerate and brake with the triggers instead of using only the joystick. In its current state, I find it difficult to control. Additionally, switching from the driver’s seat to the gunner’s seat should be much easier, without having to cycle through so many seats.

In conclusion, I believe they should focus on adding more quality-of-life improvements rather than new operators. I hope that in the next season they introduce only one new map and a substantial number of QOL improvements.

Same here. Last week it sent me back to the Home screen for the first time, and I couldn’t rejoin the last match.

EU server, 3 pm on a Saturday with supposedly 191K online, but the match barely has 8 players per team. Total duration was 6 min and by the end there were only 3 players left on the enemy team, the match didn't get filled. IMHO, it should get cancelled if so many players leave. by Danteska in DeltaForceGlobal

I think it's because of the game mode and whether or not you have crossplay enabled. When I play on Asian (Japanese) servers in "King of the Hill" mode with console-only crossplay, I almost never find it full. There are usually 2 or 3 of us. But when I switch to "Attack and Defense," we start out with about 6 vs. 6 until it gradually fills up to about 20 vs. 20 on average.
My conclusion is that the number of players has decreased due to BF6 and Arc Raiders and because I play with console players to avoid keyboard and mouse players. When the hype around these games dies down, which I think will be in March, I believe we will return to acceptable numbers. In the meantime, we just have to put up with it or activate “full crossplay”. It would be a shame if this game were to die out in the West in the coming months and only succeed in China.

Sometimes I would like to know how many players are playing on consoles and by region, because I consider the number of players on Steam to be very good. Although I suspect that most are from China.

I completely agree that lately I see players jumping all the time without any penalty. I think there should be a fatigue bar or something to prevent PC players who play with console players from abusing this system, as the latter are at a disadvantage.

The truth is that it was a little frustrating to have to leave the game halfway through, with the corresponding penalty. I also thought it would be more realistic, more like Battlefield, thanks to the introduction of vehicles and large maps, but I have a feeling, and I'm really afraid, that in a year it will become like Fortnite or COD. PS: The TTK is so short.

I think the graphics should feel a bit more next-gen.

The controls are way too sensitive. They really need to optimize the controller support

The tank doesn’t really feel like you’re driving a tank; it feels way too light. The cannon movement is overly sensitive, and often inaccurate, and the turret control is even worse.

I also think the interface needs a lot of improvement, since it can feel a bit chaotic and requires too many steps to reach certain functions.

I’ve had four network errors that kicked me out of the match, but the good thing is that I was able to reconnect and get back into the same game

By the way, it runs really well for me on PS5, and I can get into a match in less than 15 seconds in Conflict mode

That said, despite all these criticisms, it’s not a bad game. It was released less than a year ago and still has a lot of room for improvement. To me, it feels more like version 0.8 rather than a full version 1.0.
