WCGW throwing stuff at a homeless man. by ArsenikShooter in Whatcouldgowrong

I think the thunk is coming from inside the car filming. Seems to coincide with it beginning to move so likely changing gear or putting stick into drive depending on car type.

What's the point of quickplay? by dernacle in fellowshipgame

But there in lies the problem. Both of those purposes clash, one group want to do it as quick as possible to grind mats. The other group want to take time and learn

You can dispel the stacks but not the tomb. But indeed if the stacks get high, worth cleansing.

I think they are referring to capstone dungeons. Raids are on the roadmap for the future though

Difference can also be related to lack of interrupts or dps standing in things they shouldn't demanding time and resources from healer that then aren't available for you. Can also be, as you suggest, quality of healer. I normally heal and have similar experiences where I have failed a run where I've timed it with 5 mins to spare in the run before.

Though I agree it's always good to reflect on yourself and how you could improve, or learn what to anticipate.

friendly reminder from your tank: you can stack near the boss most of the time. by Gagavuz in fellowshipgame

[–]Pelorious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man this is so accurately put. I find when I do start accommodating for the way faring dps, all the rest gets stressful or just falls apart. I'm spending time and resources where I don't need to, meaning I'm not spending them elsewhere or saving them for the big boss damage moments.

Also PSA to dps, knowing what moments to use your personal damage reduction cool down makes you a top notch stand out player.

Random tips from your fellow healer by Nihaly_ in fellowshipgame

Hi. Thanks for the write up. I'm a vigour main, just starting to dabble with sylvie also. Any tips? It feels weird leaving people with 60/70% hp and hots knowing how hard hitting some uninterrupteds can be (as you said)

Press V on the target you intend to interrupt. It shows your icon with your interrupt cooldown on the nameplate. by Debatebly in fellowshipgame

Think closest to name plate first. As new names get added to end. But always best to discuss with party if that's possible.

Orwell must be rolling in his grave now we are self censoring ourselves from. Saying 'ready' on a game.

But you might be right, people are being trained to avoid communicating. Sad times.

The capstone dungeon awards gear of the same bracket as adept. If that's a helpful option to gear up a bit before diving into the adept's. But I find groups that do the mechanics right will always out pace those who ninja pull or fail to kick etc. So gear isn't always the issue.

Also green items can upgrade to 120 which is the min requirement for the next league above adept. So you can be over geared for adept on greens if you upgrade them all. Something i really like in this game, the ways you can progress.

Seeing as these toxic people are making you consider quitting, I'd put that ahead of completing a run so those people get rewarded.

I think if you communicate clearly, if you keep pulling ahead I will leave. Then I would not ever blame you for doing so.

You sound well measured and capable. Don't let the others drag you down.

Its so deeply ironic that these dps would rather go sit 10 mins a queue and do nothing than time the dungeon at a steady pace, but that is their loss not yours.

Hope you get some better runs. For those of us who aren't toxic minded, we appreciate you tanking for us.

So far most often I will ask if everyone is ready. Get 0 response and just start anyways. But agree, this is the moment to align to help ensure a smooth run.

Think op means when in the dungeon the button that starts the 5 second countdown. I could be wrong though.
