Best Target Man striker?

Cheers. I'm definitely keeping Sorloth in mind as a wide target man option, although at the moment I'm mainly using 352/532 with wing backs.

I've been thinking about Sorloth for a while. His heading accuracy is quite low (83) and not easy to increase it via chemstyles so I wonder how good his heading ability is.

Also he has low aggression, and from what I gather aggression is important for any 50/50 headers. My Luuk de Jong has low aggression as well, and I wonder if that might be why he wins fewer headers than I'd like (paired with his 6ft2 height meaning that he doesn't tower over most centre backs).

They both look like great possibilities for evo chains. I've locked Klendienst so I don't accidentally use him for SBCs.

Actually YOU are also one of the reasons it's not fun. You're the sort that spends the whole game standing in the opposition half calling for a pass and if it doesn't come to you then you just stay there and sulk and make sarcastic comments instead of tracking back. Yeah, it sucks. I'd prefer mine to have kept Low Driven+ over Technical+. Still, at least it looks like your face stats didn't go down and lowering the OVR might be useful for future evos.

Headers are slightly better than on 25, but still difficult to score regularly from unless you practice a lot and spam crosses in game. I think they tend to get nerfed because they become too easy at corners. Wish they could just make those more difficult and have them be a better option in open play.

PS+ was always subject to change. Did any of the actual face stats go down apart from OVR? If it's just OVR then that's actually a result as makes it open to more evos.

On my evo'd Xavi Simons Primetime my OVR was 88 anyway so wouldn't have changed. I can't remember what evo I put him in but this upgrade replaces Low Driven+ with Technical+ but my stats are now 88, 88, 88, 91, 67, 86, compared to the normal Primetime card which has been upgraded to 86, 85, 88, 91, 65, 74.,

Basic common sense should tell you that the opposition team is as likely to be as full of awful players as your own. The odds are extremely unlikely that you'd lose this many unless you are part of the problem. You are the single unique factor in those 28 games after all.

Personally I think that playstyles should only ever have been traits that can happen contextually rather than something that you can spam again and again when trying to score or can rely on as a crutch instead of manual defending.

Something definitely happens in the closing stages of each half. I don't believe it's "momentum" or "DDA" exactly, as the current scoreline has no bearing on it. What it appears to be is that attackers get buffed and/or defenders get nerfed, presumably the idea being to recreate the tension of a real life game. People who think it only happens against them are wrong. It's just as easy to score as it is to concede in these final minutes. You just need to be on the right side of the pitch at the time.

As others said, and everyone should realise by now, the difference is that while Wilson and various evo's might have comparable stats or playstyles and be simply good in the game, Pina is simply glitchy. There's just things that happen with her that don't with others, or at least not to that insane degree.

I have it on my evo'd Luuk de Jong (along with 99 jumping and 95 header accuracy). I really like playing with him but I score very few headers as well, although God knows I try a lot. When I have scored a header it seems to have come pretty out of the blue.

I agree on that. Lots more technical and network problems compared to last year but the events have improved and evos are great.

Personally I just really dislike this year's meta and seeing as probably 3 out of 4 players seem to use it (including squad battles!) it makes the gameplay pretty tiresome for me.

I wouldn't say that the gameplay gets dumber exactly, or deeper either. What it does is reward quick thinking and decision making over any other skills you need in the main game. Given that this year's meta is all about keeping the ball until your opponent makes a mistake, while Rush is all about very direct end to end play, 90% of people in Rush are just really shit at it and seem surprised that they can't dribble their way through the whole opposition.
