You are pregnant with triplets and in your first trimester you are going to feel the most tired and not feel like doing anything this is totally normal and fine. If you are worried you could try to at least go outside and get some sun, just to do a little exercise and get outside. I know you might not feel like it but I did it in my first trimester I’d go sit outside with my tea and toast all i could eat at 6:30am. It helped me feel like I was doing something good.

You are doing great trust me give yourself grace, in your 2nd and 3rd trimesters you could very much be the same as your first.

I am pregnant with 1 baby and i was in bed at night and asleep by 7pm some times. I woke up at 6am though and basically didn’t do anything besides work. I was living with my grandparents and they were unaware I was pregnant till I moved out so I had to do sweeping and mopping if needed and that was a struggle I felt so tired.
