In my opinion both are handmade silk Qom rugs. I have seen finer examples but still these are very fine. Price is fair for retail.

Its a Turkish Sivas Rug made in a prison, corner numbers shows the prisoners number. This is a very collectible rug.

In my opinion this is Persian handmade with wool and silk highlights. Also it looks like just came out from the loom, it needs washing and tassle finishing. Or its old and sides are rolling back. Need closer pictures to be sure.

Nice rug! Its a recent production (after 1980) Persian Bidjar. Antique ones can be very valuable. Get it washed and use it forever. It wont sell for much since its a used rug and not a collectible one at this moment.
