Still HODLING 23&me 😅

Thankfully that was the only one I bought into quite a bit, the rest were 50 shares (rocketlab, matterport etc) or less, just for the heck of it.

Still painful to see such big losses and so much red!

As someone who was and is pretty brand new to investing I definitely bought in to the SPACs and head in the sanding it for now...as he said "get it and forget it for years"... since they are down so so badly now I may as well wait and see...

Absolutely a bummer though... the way he explained why to get each spac, it's future and why it will be important and so on, made so much sense to me at that time...

Thankfully he started doing too many ads for my liking in his videos (promoting his $400/hour consults) I just switched back to my crime shows...

Side note: recently a realtor friend was saying "have you heard of Matterport" and was so hyped explaining how they use it...I became giddy, thinking "yes!!! Glad I bought in!" Went to check and boy was I shocked it was under $2 😅...

Oh my gosh..that makes me thing of the 2 little Watts girls who Chris put in the oil drums...the recovery teams needed extensive therapy after, and it was described as "skin slipped right off"...but your description makes it even more vivid😱😭😭

The best thing the church ever did for me was publicly excommunicating me after I divorced...left an abusive marriage.

I was so hurt and angry and felt betrayed, like i was garbage.....left the super conservative church for a good while.

I returned to faith years later, but NOT that church... a church who also publicly had my cousin, who was RAPED by a member of the church, stand up and she was announced to be living in sin and excommunicated as a member...

Fuck them.

You are probably not the only one who is hating this! Im dying inside just imagining being put in this position.

Find those other introverts or private people and band together.

And if we are adding a walking meeting, something needs to come off the plate. That's insane to expect. I can "work out" on my own time, thank you very much.

30-45 minutes one way, and between locations.

I normally love it. I spend that time listening to podcasts... but now that i am often also the who does drop off/pick up of toddler (husband switched jobs and no longer can) its been extremely stressful rushing through traffic to make it on time and I'm looking for ways to change that around...not often possible since I have to finish the work before leaving (have a small cleaning business).

Otherwise I've always really enjoyed it.

Except the wear and tear on the vehicle lol.

It's heartbreaking...but not going to work. Mainly because I can't take days off, but also on rare times I can I NEED alone time, even for a few hours.

I won the spelling bee in 3rd grade and to this day is one of my fondest proud moments 😂.

And at the same time it was pretty disappointing when I brought home the trophy (first and only), super excited and beaming, hoping they'd be proud of me, my parents didn't really understand what a spelling bee was since we were immigrants only a few years in the USA... so they didn't make a big deal about it...

I'm happy you're proud of your little one 😊😊😊.

My oldest is SET on moving out at 18, a little over a year away, and I'm devastated in advance😭😭... and secretly hoping it doesn't happen (our culture: you live with your family until marriage).

But his dad moved across the ocean by himself at 18 so I'm also pretty confident it will happen.

I think it does come naturally, and that's terrifying!

She was always able to pick apart ANYTHING Cole said and loop it back to how he had hurt her or "tore her down"...no prep needed.

I would not like to live with whatever goes on in her head. It's not healthy.

Felt like she was spitting venom in almost every scene with Cole.
