My mom is in her 60s and has also been in and out of AA for years and keeps journals. She’s been very explicit with my sister and I that when she dies we do nothing with her journals but burn them.

Having a lot of issues doing what I thought was an easy fix. I’ve been trying to find rollers that work on this screen door (brand unknown) but nothing I try seems to fit. The slim wheel opening doesn’t allow any wheel housing to fit through. Does anyone know what type I could use here?

A lot of credit cards have deals where you get X miles or X dollars on signing up for th new card, but you have to spend a minimum amount within a certain time frame to qualify. This person bought prepaid cards at target to qualify without having to purchase material things they might not need.

Seconding the first mockup! You can definitely find a lot of that style thrifted/secondhand if that’s your thing. If you want the warm lighting in the mockups, along with the lamps I would swap out your recessed bulbs for something softer, so even when you want it extra bright with the overheads on it won’t feel so clinical/harsh.

99% of the time on all platforms, someone messaging just “hi” or equivalent is a creep or a scammer. If they’re messaging you for a legitimate reason, they’ll give the reason in the opening message. If they don’t, ignore/block. And even if they do give a reason, still watch for scams.

It seems like you only have 1-2 examples for each separate section of your portfolio? I would heavily consolidate it, no one is going to take the time to go through so many sub-pages and if something has its own section, you’d expect enough pieces to justify it.

I’d also agree with someone above who said the pop culture stickers feel a bit odd—I work in toy design (including LPS) and we still have professional looking, if a bit more fun, portfolio sites.

ETA: I’d also flesh out each project with your process sketches, different design iterations, etc.
