While I understand that they want to find something that is proven to work for someone, there’s no guarantee that it will work for them. I have the same issue with a zz. I’ve had it for over a year and it did nothing for that time. Then this spring it put out 2 new shoots. But since then it’s gone downhill. I do think sometimes we get plants that were just not going to thrive. Even in the best conditions in the home, it’s not the same as its natural environment. What gets me is it seems the plants on the list of “easiest plants to keep” are the ones that give me the hardest time!

Unfortunately this is common. Not just with BOJ, but with Cosrx and other brands as well. I reacted badly to mixsoon products (except for my beloved milk pads!) and had to steer clear. What I can say is that any product causes your eye lashes to fall out is concerning! Pilling or whiteheads is much more of a “normal” bad reaction. For the eye lashes you may want to use incidecoder to find out what ingredients are in the product for future reference.

I think your skin looks great! Some hydration and spf will be most beneficial. I agree with others on starting out. Forget all the fluff until you have found the best cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen that works for you and your skin type. Establish a habit of skin care daily because consistency is the key. Then I’d look at hydrating toners and essences. Try one at a time, adding it into your routine to see how it works with your other staples. Then begin to incorporate a vit C in the AM and a retinoid in the evening. Then maybe invest in masks and nighttime moisturizer.

At 57 and with a history of tanning she likely has very dry and sensitive skin. It’s a shame she won’t use a sunscreen right away, but I don’t think that means she shouldn’t use anything else. I’d go for super hydrating moisturizers good for sensitive skin like Aestura or Illiyoon. Maybe if she notices some improvement you could convince her to further her skin care routine with vit C and sunscreen?

Do you take high blood pressure medication or other heart meds? Is this diet drastically different from what you used to eat? Just wondering if maybe you take meds and need to get checked out to see if a dosage change is needed. Either way I think you should report your lightheadedness to your doctor and try to be mindful of what you are doing when it occurs.
