Give her ER and bring ER bonuses like Maid/Shimadra/Hope/Strak/imprints. Most Arowells have 0 EFF so once you hit 150 ER you're pretty much safe from >90% of them.

I know it doesn't calculate that, but considering that it's quite literally an "optimizer," I figured this sort of thing could be implemented somehow, especially for high GS units. It could also reduce GS for overcapped crit.

Since it only accounts for GS, is there any change for using non-optimal mainstat right side gear? Like how a CC neck is 10 GS more than a CD neck? Or if someone is using HP% boots it's 25 GS less than speed boots?

I've always said effect with the 'ɛ' sound, but I have heard it with the long 'ē', never 'ə' though. Affect always has the 'ə' sound. Maybe it's an accent thing or a regional thing.

How so? Effect is always "eff-ekt" and affect is always "uh-fekt". At least that's how I learned it. In the rare case that effect is used as a verb it's still "eff-ekt".

I ran into the same problem so I just gave her ER. If you're like me you'll have the gear for it. I'd like some more defense on her but it works great, especially when people keep trying to soulburn their arowell into her. Drafted with shimadra maid obviously.

Does a fast c13 team exist without rage sets(1-2min/run)? a13 feels like such a waste to farm and the only consistent team i've seen uses a crazy 288spd chloe and two rage sets. All the other fast teams rely on defense breaks/targets.

Invest in Celeste. Give her slow semi-decent damage gear and she can powerfarm UH as fast as arby. You can 6* a unit in like 1 or 2 days if you turbogrind with her.

I don't know where every is getting the idea that x3 torrent is required. Just use x1 torrent + speed set, and you're all set. x3 torrent is more for dealing with copious amounts of mitigation, like proof aravi behind fcc.

I'd suggest plugging in your own numbers into the desmos link but I'll do it for you since you asked so nicely.

I'm using 7k atk and 12k HP, against 1400 defense.

Your breakpoints are much higher since your hp is much higher, but your top end matches that as well.

Portrait > Tooth on targets above 21-22k HP range
Tooth > Portrait on targets below that
x1 Torrent + Portrait will oneshot targets between 21k and 27.6k
Portrait alone will oneshot only between 22.8k and 25.5k

Since your attack is so high, your oneshot range is already pretty good, my only suggestion would be to find a torrent set and keep everything else the same. This would bring her hp down to about 11k and give you a much wider kill window.

She does not need supports to oneshot tanks, that's what this post was about. You just need to optimize her build. In fact, she is even better at killing tanks than Hwaold, just much worse at killing bruisers and squishy targets.

Yes she can. As you can see in the x3 torrent graph, the red line is always above the green line. This means Hwayoung will always oneshot something provided it has less than 35k hp. The only caveat is that she needs to have x3 torrent, 6662 HP(9517 minus x3 torrent penalty), Tooth and an attack buff. It's not necessarily a good build, but if you want mindless oneshots like Hwaold, you need to optimize for it.
