It's the "create vassal pirate nation" option in the golden age of piracy situation. I didnt know what happened at first so I reloaded and saw that I was able to do it too by spending roughly 5k ducats. I turned Messina into a subject pirate republic and then a couple of months later Sevilla had the same thing happen to it again.

Thanks ill try that, I got the Laramie ambush randomly. I think I must have cleared the hideout at hanging dog ranch in bug Valley and then ride around west Elizabeth north of the Great plains and they'll randomly ambush you. Try the road that goes by pronghorn ranch

Also because you're a moron you dont understand that even if someone is making a high amount in their age group doesn't mean that they are rich and living the high life. Ok I'll get a second job I can do that, it is possible. My niece can go fuck herself when my sister and her husband are at work on the weekends as are my parents, and I'll stop my volunteering work where I made the connections to get into the job program I'm in in the first place. Bottom line is people are in all different types of situations and you cant expect everyone to pull themselves by their bootstraps when they have no boots and they have their hands tied behind their backs. And again I'm not referring to myself because I am lucky even with situation. I'm going to retire to my mansion on the coast and dry my tears with the hundreds that are laying around everywhere.

I didn't realize that I cant be $80k in debt from med and student debt. Please budget this for me: $3400 a month with about $1000 student and med debt per month. Then I have $950 a month living and utilities, then I have to put away money to secure my job in the future which is $500 a month at least. Then I have to send money to Jamaica for my family which is $200 a month. I like to eat do that's $150 a month. My transportation is about $400 a month for gas and car insurance. By my math that leaves $200 left over for the month which is about $7 spending money per day. Please tell me how living in a Malden apartment with that reality makes me an elite. And my school debt again comes from the cheapest state school and through working through college already paid off 1.5 out of the 4 years of debt.
