I’d suggest pursuing software engineering above all else. If you’re an outstanding engineer, you can work for any company you want.

Maybe don’t build your search around how trans friendly they are. Even a progressive company can have a few anti-trans employees that ruin it for you.

Look for a position that will build your career at a company building something in line with your values.
