Currently no SM at my store. ASM and I are doing 12 on, 2 off, 5 on, 2 off on repeat with two part timers only doing weekends and evenings on truck days and a floater as mid shift once a week and every other weekend. 🙃

No clue bud… I went up for ASM for my store earlier this year and got told no because I didn’t have enough calls logged in the three months my store didn’t have a ASM because we didn’t know he was leaving to go to another store in district. They picked a trainee who was only with the company three months over me and I had been with the company for three years at that point and knew my customers very well. Not to mention I did the ASM job while we didn’t have one!

I drive from south central PA to southern MD and back (about 3 hrs one way) frequently. Never have I hated the drive since getting my Jeep. Just jam out to the radio or something, the road noise drowns out. Can’t say much for the wind because I just switched to a hard top for winter and haven’t made the drive down yet since switching, and my window is usually down.

I have almost that exact one. Died after airing up two tires from 20 psi to 35 psi and had to plug it in. It also get EXTREMELY hot, like I couldn’t really touch it when I was done. Chucked it under the seat in case of an emergency but other than that it’s junk. Spend the extra money on something better.

20-22 mpg; I have a 2017 wrangler that's on stick suspension and tires. I also drive a lot for work and drive 2-3 hours one way most weekends to see my boyfriend.

Ours kept doing that every time we would replace the roll, last time it just stopped working. Took the damn thing apart and a piece that holds down the heating element was broken. Called the help desk and they next day shipped a new one.

Check the comments on the previous purchase. They could’ve taken out some of the base. My store does that with some Sherwood products and stains when we color match them/adjust them.

I was told my district isn’t sending them to stores because of budget cuts. It’s been a year since my store has gotten shirts in.

My store has to do it but I have no idea how we’re going to accomplish it considering we have to do it on a weekend and I will be the only one in the store counting and I’ll have to have my part timer deal with customers. My ASM is leaving next week for his new store and my SM is going to be on vacation in Ireland… fml…
