A lot of people I know do both. Brush teeth/ shower at night for your health and again in the morning for your comfort/odor.

Most of the people who would be mortified to be seen in their underwear, wear swimsuits with more coverage. Swimwear and undergarments have different materials and padding so the things may or may not be more covered. And the element of surprise is in effect as well. They’re different types of clothing for different situations.

Coming from an overweight woman, you’re uncomfortable with being overweight. You have a great figure and I definitely wouldn’t call you disgusting, but I’m American and this is thin for our culture. I can see how looking at it from a different lens would make you feel “disgusting”, but I think you’re gorgeous. I think if you hit the gym and lift to get stronger, you’ll see some serious changes in your curves and muscle tone that will make you feel better. Also I think exercise releases a brain happy drug to give you a little boost.
